Architected and launched an official Microsoft Teams Marketplace App replacing a legacy custom integration. Designed a production-ready microservice handling secure cross-cloud communication between Azure and AWS via site-to-site VPN, with distributed transaction coordination using Kafka and the Saga pattern.

Impact: Reduced enterprise customer setup time by ~95% (days → minutes), migrated 25+ enterprise customers with 200+ app installation, debugged and resolved critical OOM issue reducing peak memory from ~750MB to ~30MB.

Led 0 → 1 development of joinarena.ai — an AI-native hiring product. Built a real-time AI interviewing system using LiveKit with resume-aware questioning, distributed email and payment processing pipelines with queues, retries, and dead-letter queues, plus end-to-end cloud infrastructure on GCP with containerized deployment.

Impact: Achieved 1,000+ talent signups in first week, increased candidate engagement by 54% through AI voice agents, reduced deployment time by 60% with automated CI/CD pipeline, reliably processed 1,000+ emails daily with distributed queues.
